It is unreasonable and unfair to have good credit scores pay for poor scores. This will end up in the courts. I am very unhappy with this plan. Not only has our government crippled the housing market under Bush, Trump made almost impossible. Now the only ones who had a chance, are being held back again but short sighted policymakers.
Also you’re system to provide input is glitching and won’t let me select the right topic and issue.
