    This new rule is just socialism. I was explaining to my 11 year old the new policy of punishing good credit buyers and rewarding bad credit buyers. He said then why doesn’t everyone just have bad credit then. Even an 11 year old knows this is a horrible idea. It’s just socialism and it does not work. Every person I spoke with about this thought it was a horrible idea. It is un American and should be illegal. If Biden is trying to lose votes this is a great way to do it.
    Why not just pay my bills late, get bad credit then get a better rate on my loan. At $40.00 per month that will cost a buyer $14,400 over 30 years. It’s not fair and is a terrible idea. Unless we are going to be a socialist country then great. I’ll quit my job and start living off the government along with everyone else. This needs to be canceled now.
