WHY are you punishing people with good credit by increasing their mortgage fees?! That is absolutely not the way to solve America's housing inequities, and shows how completely out of touch you are. It is hard for all of us right now, and you just keep making it worse. Be smarter, do better, think more creatively and equitably.
