    I am opposed to social bonds. My credit score is not tied to my wealth. Punishing people with good credit scores, by forcing them to assume the risk and responsibility of the mortgages of those with low credit scores is imposing a tax on the responsible. Not the wealthy, the responsible. If the banks would like to take on the risk of providing mortgages to those with low credit scores, that is their risk to assume, not the risk of innocent American people who have been working hard to develop good credit habits. This is further a disservice to those with low credit scores who are more likely to default on their loans.
