    Charging an additional free to borrowers with a credit score over 740 and essentially punishing them for managing their money well is absolutely ludicrous. On top of that, it even though the intent is good, it will likely harm those borrowers with a lower credit score because they will end up in houses that they can’t afford and will be more likely to default on their loans.
