    The policy of raising fees for those with higher FICO scores and giving a discount for those with lower FICO scores breeds financial irresponsibility. We are not helping people, we are teaching young adults that there's a benefit to not making payments on time or at all. Instead of incentivizing on time payments and diligent budgeting we are doing the opposite. This is irresponsible financially and completely illogical.
