Please reconsider the 1% tax on homeowners with good credit. It is insane to punish the people who have done the right thing by their financial obligations to compensate for the people who have not. We are already facing double the interest rate and we’re suffering through outrageous inflation. To add additional fees is cruel and unusual punishment.
