    Please do not invoke extra costs on those able to make a 15-20% down payment on a home and/or increased fees for those with good credit.
    It’s punishing those of us who have worked hard to build good credit and save $ in hopes of buying a home someday.
    This puts those dreams farther out of reach for financially responsible parties.
