I am extremely concerned and outraged over President Biden’s plan to redistribute high-risk loan costs to homebuyers with good credit. Homebuyers with good credit should not be punished with having to finance the mortgages of those with poor credit. If you can’t afford to buy a home, then you can’t buy one. If you have bad credit, you need to work to improve your credit. Buying a home is not a right it is a privilege. This is bad for American homebuyers and it’s equally bad for the mortgage industry.
