And the impact is going to be that people like me who were looking to purchase a bigger, more expensive home are now going to stop searching. I'm not going to be penalized after working hard for decades to get out of debt for others who are not doing the same. I'd rather save my money and retire early than make a home purchase with this terrible penalty. I hope the FHA is sure by the American people for doing this. I for one will be vocal about this and will do what I can in my power to ensure all responsible are voted out or striked against. Revoke this immediately and stop streaming from the American people.
