The motion to increase fees for those with favorable credit is absoutely unacceptable and damaging to those who have worked extremely hard to improve their credit scores in the hope of achieving homeownership. Please know if this passes, you will force us to artificially lower our credit scores and reward damaging behavior instead of incentivizing repayment in acceptable time frames. This is incredibly damaging policy.
