I am so upset and disappointed by this new change. Hiking payments for good credit homebuyers to subsidize high risk mortgages is unfair and really a punishment to some people who have worked SO hard to pay off debts. Mortgage rates have already DOUBLED in the last year, we shouldn’t also be asked to pay even more to subsidize someone who has a poor credit rate.
