I don't think it's fair that those who have worked hard to get a good credit score are being punished by having a fee attached to their home loans to make up for those that don't have a good credit score. What's the incentive to have a good credit score now? It seems like people with a good credit score won't care as much and their scores will go down. Then who will cover that fee they were covering?
