    Hello,
    Please be aware that there can be many issues with language access that can lead to discrimination for borrowers. We have had clients who were deaf and needed to communicate only through computer with the originator. They needed a sign language interpreter for the loan closing. Blind borrowers need assistance as well. It is not only foreign borrowers with issues in completion of the mortgage loan.

    In this climate right now to have mortgages completed in a "language of choice" for a borrower there can be many prejudices that exist either intentionally or assumptions made that may have nothing to do with creditworthiness or ability to pay.
