I feel there should not be a question asking potential borrowers their language preferences on the URLA. It could lead the borrower to believe that they will speak to someone in that language or feel they are being discriminated against by providing this information. Either way it would not be good customer service. While we have employees that speak different languages we don't always have someone to speak any of the possible languages that could be listed. I believe it is unwise include an inquiry into a borrower's language preference on the URLA.
