I am a Compliance Officer for a regional lender. AS a subject matter expert, I strongly recommend you do not add a question to include the language preference. It would lead a borrower to believe they will be able to receive disclosures and communicate in that language. They may also fee they will be discriminated against. Adding this question would be unfair and unwise.
