With home ownership at a 19 year low and record profits at Fannie and Freddie why would you want to increase the tax to potential new homeowners? The worst deal in the history of America which was the first G-Fee hike for 10 years to pay for 6 months of SSi reductions was ridiculous and will penalize homeowners for several more years. Stop taxing homeowners and figure out how to better use the profits of Fannie and Freddie.
