Dear Sirs; Raising fees is the easy way out. I applaud you for delaying the increase and asking for feed back. Please do everything in your power NOT to raise fees. Home owners are already paying more than their fair share in LLPA hits. Increasing fees only adds fuel to the fire. I challenge you to sit down and really analyze the issues and fix the root cause of the problem that is causing you to want to raise fees. I don't know what the solution is but I do know that us lenders keep getting the short end of the stick when we have to tell the borrowers there are more fees to getting a home.
