Please take in to consideration all the turmoil that the real estate market has been in. Consumer confidence is improving but more rate hikes and extra fees are no good for the average to low income buyer. Remember real estate is a domino effect and with out the low man on the totem poll we will only be hurting the economy and the real estate market. Please vote for no more increases in expenses for the consumer.
