    If the adverse market fee is eliminated at the same time the 10 bps increase takes affect, this would create a positive impact on the pricing by 15 bps. Should this actually occur, it will have a very slight positive impact on the cost of obtaining a mortgage. If the 25 bps for adverse market fee is not eliminated, the impact will only worsen the pricing and ultimately the pricing for the consumer. We don't need any further negative impact in the housing market. There has already been enough restrictions placed upon us that affect the consumer.
