CommentsThe American dream is to own real estate and to have a place to call home at the end of the day. These last few years with mainly all the regulatory changes taking place it is harder and harder to have the ability to purchase a home especially for the middle and lower class families. Yes, in the past mistakes occurred but the overcorrecting and now with additional fees being added, homeownership will be that much harder. These fees will push the first time purchasers to a level that make renting the only option and for what purpose? Please consider these fees as if you lived on a lower or middle class family salary who are dreaming of a backyard for their family to enjoy.
