Please leave the guarantee fees as they are. Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac seem to be profitable and the quality of loans today is probably the best in many many years. Many times fees are just passed on to the consumer and there are already enough fees charged in the mortgage loan process. If it's not broken, don't try to fix it!
