I think the Guarantee Fees are in a good spot now. With the general conservative lending by the agencies they should continue providing a great return to the government. I think G-Fees should be equal among all lenders and not lower to the larger lenders. Pretty sure the return exceeds the risk and additional increases would just increase the cost of housing.
