    During the course of business over the past few years FNMA has routinely increased the g-fee for their loan purchases causing rates to be higher for the consumers. Another round of g-fee increase as well as increasing LLPA cost just seems to be over charging the consumers when the cost is always passed down to them. So how is this helping the borrower get into their home when they are paying for it and the gov't already used tax dollars to help FNMA and FHLMC a while back? This seems to be a double tax to the American people thru their conventional mortgage rates. I think Director Watt did a good service for the American people in suspending this fee hike and hopefully it will not be implemented at all. We need to see the other g-fee increases removed as well.
