Small space so I'll be brief. G fees are contributing to destroying the middle class, - only source of wealth left is home appreciation. in '09 G fees @ 20Bps in 2013 @ 55 Bps. On a 400K loan that is @$40,000. Stop killing the golden goose! Especially since these G fees DON'T stay in the housing sector. All your "reform" is going to make the next housing downturn EPIC. But maybe that is your goal? It seems nearly everything the Government and regulatory agencies have done has hurt, not helped, the housing economy.
