We need to lower the Gfee as it relates to risk. The FICO threshold have been set so highe the the above average execlant borrowrer is paying too much for the loan product. a fico above 720 should be getting the better rates nor 740 and still have a cost. Additionally the G-Fee should not be used to finance other government programs. The Gfees should only be used to stregthen FANNIE & FREDDIE.
