We find FHLB very responsive to our needs and very easy to visit with. FHLB has people who know what they are talking about. We really enjoy the easy ability to balance with them on a daily basis and especially like their home loan products. As a community bank, we take care of the servicing of the home loans and not keep the loan on our books. It is a great marketing tool as customers can visit face to face with us if they have issues with their escrow account.
