Our organization applies for AHP on multi unit developments, closing recently 6 units for our low-income development in Long Beach. The team at City National Bank and Rose Wirtz and team at FLHB SF were incredible to work with. WISH is another great source of DAP funds for our buyers, helping them with closing costs, etc. We have and continue to work with lenders, Farmers & Merchant Bank of Long Beach and First Republic Bank this past year and grateful they are WISH lenders.
