We feel very strongly that the FHLBank system meets their liquidity mission. They are our main source for short-term liquidity needs and are always available. Additionally, their Homebuyer Dream Program is an outstanding product that we utilize to help serve first time homebuyers in our local communities. The FHLB and their products are integral in helping us serve the rural communities in Steuben and Allegany Counties.
