As a 130 year old small community Savings and Loan located in the heart of low to moderate income neighborhoods of Cicero, Illinois, we have valued having the Federal Home Loan Bank of Chicago as a resource and allowing us access to their core services. The Advance program, the Mortgage Partnership program, and the Daily Investment Deposit Fund all provide an integral service for our bank.
Liquidity access is huge, so that we have the security of knowing that when deposits ebb and flow we have funding resources for our loan programs. We do lend primarily in low to moderate income neighborhoods around our 3 branch locations. The FHLBC is a valuable partner for our bank.
