    Comments for March 2023 Listening Session

    In echoing some of the concerns of the CDFI working group we would like to discuss:

    • Identifying a way to safely to increase advance rates for CDFI members
    • FHFA along with a CDFI working group input, playing an advisory role to Banks designing community development
    products and programs to truly meet the needs of the communities.
    • Credit enhancement program that leverages a pool of reserve capital to support community development projects.
