    To whom it may concern:

    In our traditional community bank model ($325mm bank in Boulder, CO), we rely substantially on the FHLB for advice and funding needs. They have been a valued partner since our bank's inception and appear to us to be doing very good and appropriate work in serving their member banks. While it is periodically useful to review a system such as the FHLB system, we do not seek any change to the system's functioning or key attributes.
