FHLB Topeka has been instrumental in help growing our mortgage program through the MPF program and the HSP grant funds. The grant funds have helped many of our first time home buyers achieve the American Dream of home ownership. Many times they are the sole reason the borrower's are able to obtain financing. The MPF program has helped our Bank in being able to offer long term competitively priced 15-30 year fixed rate mortgages and retain servicing for our Borrowers.
