FHLBank has been a consistent partner for our bank over the last 25 years. Deposits often cycle causing times of excess liquidity, and times when we need to borrow. It is extremely important for our bank to have FHLB as a resource to support our bank so we can provide stable support to our communities. I know of no stronger partner for community banks than the FHLB system.
