    The Bank utilizes FHLB for liquidity needs when have been in need of liquidity in the past. It serves a very useful purpose to the Bank in that way. I think it important that it has the necessary funding to be able to do that. With the increase in liquidity needs for institutions like ours across the U.S., with the recent sharp interest rate increases by the Fed, it is even more important that community institutions across the U.S. have a good place to turn for that liquidity.
