The FHLB DM is absolutely critical to our operations. They are the most readily acceptable, most rate favorable, best loan product option that we have available to us. It is safe to say without access to their liquidity that our lending would have been sharply curtailed years ago, and consumers in our area would be paying higher prices for auto, mortgage, and business lending.
