Urge the FHLB to be more responsive to its members when the FHLB offered a program like down payment assistance for member banks customers. Our experience with our FHLB is that our advocacy for our customers trying to access the programs is frowned upon. Question of applicability of rules or qualifications of customers is frowned upon and not given appropriate professional consideration.
