    The FHLB is currently a critical resource for overnight funds used for Asset Liability Management of our credit union to
    support lending. I have no doubt that FHLB will remain a key participant over the next several years. The ability of
    smaller institutions who do not deal directly with the Federal Reserve to maintain liquidity is critical. I am concerned that key FHLB resources will focus on their new and larger customers and down-play critical factors for smaller financial institutions.
