I have attached a letter detailing my comments on Governance, Varied Membership of the Boston FHLB, the products and services used by North Brookfield Savings Bank and the critical importance of those services. In addition the regional nature of the Home Loan Banks is of key importance, given the different challenges and opportunities faced by members in the different regions of the country. The Boston Bank has done an excellent job with several voluntary programs that support affordable housing and economic development.
