The FHLB of Atlanta is crucial to the Florida banking system. Their access to liquidity and constant partnership makes it the primary source of all banks & credit unions to manage their liquidity. In addition to that, their housing programs are top notch. They do everything they can to give back and help the community. They hold seminars to help make sure banks and credit unions understand the programs available to the community. They will give millions of dollars each year to families with their first time home buyer program as well as the grants for those building or renovating LMI housing. I cannot speak to the quality of the people that work here and their work ethic to make the US a better place. I am proud to be a FHLB member.
