    We strongly urge that nothing must disrupt the way FHLB Des Moines responds to our needs. We expect the FHLB to continue to be a reliable partner with us as we have the past +20 years. All current members of FHLB Des Moines should remain members of FHLB Des Moines going forward. Any changes, including any proposed expansion of membership, must not pose any risk to member capital in the FHLB system, nor impact FHLB Des Moines' ability to serve us and the communities we serve.
