As a member of the FHLB, Sharefax Credit Union is able to offer our members access to the Welcome Home down payment assistance program. This program has had a huge impact on some of our members who wanted to purchase a home but had very little for a down payment. We are thankful for our membership with the FHLB as it has allowed us to better serve our members needs.
