I would like to see FHLB update the ability to pledge HELOCs by allowing the inclusion of Hybrid HELOCs where a portion might be fixed. This is a very popular product and many institutions offer them. FHLB will only allow the fixed portion if there is a separate promissory note for just this portion. I would also like to see FHLB get more up to date on accepting e-signed loans, particularly HELOC products.
