We sell most of our longer term fixed rate first mortgages to the FHLB Des Moines. We retain the servicing. They are a tremendously important partner to us. We use their MPF program which is outstanding. We also have a line of credit with the FHLB if needed. They have several community minded grant and aid programs, too. Every dealing we have with the FHLB is positive and professional without exception. Their client / member service is top notch.. As a cooperative like we are there is a special extra layer of trustworthiness as well because the customers are the owners and as such want the best for all concerned. Thanks, Nick, CEO
