Kearny Bank has successfully paired the FHLB Homebuyer Dream Program (HDP) with our own First Time Homebuyer Program in an effort to assist first time homebuyers with the purchase of a home. The HDP has successfully assisted buyers with closing costs while the Kearny Bank First Time Homebuyer program provides a reduced interest rate based on income limits and highlighted designated geographic areas in under-served communities.
