FHLBNY has been a wonderful business partner for Manasquan Bank. We, historically, have been frequent users of the entire advance program along with the residential mortgage products MAP and MFP. Additionally we have participated in the SBRG Program, AHP and the Homebuyer Dream. We view the FHLBNY as an integral upstream correspondent whose mission parallels that of the community Banking space.
