    Director Thompson,

    In addition to providing many affordable financial products and services the Federal Home Loan Bank of Des Moines provides our Credit Union with much needed avenue for additional liquidity and line of credit service. This service allows us to better serve our membership in our rural area. Without this valuable service we would not be able to provide the level of credit we currently offer to help fund our members and community.

    Thanks for allowing us to comment on our needed FHLB System.
