This submission is related to the suspension of Seasoned Bulk transactions by the FHFA in 2020. Seasoned Bulk transactions have been critical for bank and credit union liquidity since the 1980s. Ending the suspension and re-establishing the Seasoned Bulk channel should be a priority for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac.
