I believe that the ability to have an accessory unit on a parcel where the primary dwelling is a manufactured home should be allowable. The agencies revised guidance on these scenarios over the past few years and it's impacted numerous consumers that were able to qualify for financing previously that can no longer today. It's put their home investment, equity and living arrangements are great peril. If the agency is to allow for ADU's on SFR and modular homes, why do we choose to decision manufactured differently.
