As part of FHFA's Single-Family Mortgage Pricing Framework, the suspension of seasoned bulk transactions should end. Seasoned bulk mortgages provide strong credit, favorable pricing to the Enterprises and have been a source of liquidity for banks and credit unions for four decades. A more detailed description of how seasoned bulk transactions can help FHFA meet its Single-Family Mortgage Pricing goals is included in this input submission.
